More and more young Australian women are undergoing plastic surgery to resemble celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, and Bella Hadid. One of the top Australian plastic surgeons reported that there’s a rapid increase in demand for lipo, breast implants and nose jobs, among young Australian women in their 20’s and 30’s. The plastic surgeon said that more and more young women are requesting for Kardashian’s cheek bones, Kylie Jenner’s lips, Ratajkowski’s breasts, and Hadid’s nose. This has made fillers so common to an extent that having lips done has almost become normal.

The doctor added by saying that the demand for lip jobs, wrinkle smoothing Botox, laser treatments, and various other skin treatments, has rapidly grown amongs young women who are now seeking for tweakments; these are subtle, usually non-surgical procedures which are not too obvious. Dr. Watts said this is probably due to the recent improvements in the non-surgical and surgical techniques, the more pictures that are being taken, and young women seeing themselves a lot more. For example, lip injectable are very much in demand for young Australian women who are in their 20’s and 30’s, who are trying to achieve a dewy kind of look to their lips by adding some extra volume.

Social media platforms are also fueling the rapid growth in the demand for the plastic surgery and the non-surgical procedures. Many young women are increasingly being confronted by their seemingly perceived flaws on social media platforms like Snapchat and Instagram. This has led to young Australian women to want Kardashian’s cheek bones, and such other tweakments. Young women were also increasingly requesting fillers so as to plump up their cheeks (which already look perfectly natural) and Botox injections so as to smooth crow’s feet and get a fresh appearance. He said that there is increasing growth in dermal therapies and skin laser type treatments. As for surgical procedures, lipo, nose jobs, and boob jobs are the most popular among young women. He said that boob job, also known as breast augmentation, had rapidly increased in popularity among women over the last decade. However, young women were now demanding for natural looking boob jobs, which have the proportion and shape which is right for their particular bodies.

Today, there are not many people who want the biggest breast implants available. Young women are now focusing more on proportion and shape instead of large round implants. They want a breast implant which has the shape of a teardrop; this means that it looks a lot more like a natural breast with an upper boarder.

According to the doctor, young women basically want to look like celebrities such as the actor and model Ratajkowski. She has a slim body, and has got very proportionate, and natural looking breasts. Today young Australian women are not simply looking at volume, instead, they are looking at the shape, cleavage, and side boob.
